Jose Element

Jose is a graduate of NYC’s prestigious Neighborhood Playhouse (Class of ’96), the home of Sanford Meisner’s iconic technique. He further honed his craft by training with theater legends David Mamet and William H. Macy, bringing world-class expertise to his work as an actor, director, and teacher. 

With over two decades of teaching experience, Jose has instructed the Meisner Technique at respected studios around the globe, including The Actors Pulse in Sydney, The Actor’s Playground in NYC, and The Acting Corps in Los Angeles. His acting career spans film, theater, and television across the US, Australia, and the UK. 

In addition to his work with actors, Jose has worked extensively on set in the camera department for films and commercials, offering a well-rounded perspective on the craft. His classes are rooted in a deep passion for guiding actors to connect with their most authentic selves, both on stage and on screen.
